音乐人小河担任音乐总监，邀请老狼、痛仰、夏日入侵企画等8组音乐人去往8个旅行目的地，一路流浪山海，探索极致风光，体验当地文化，并以天为幕、以大地为舞台，与当地人一起歌唱，用最真诚自然的方式“边走边唱”。节目将“人文旅行纪录 全开麦现场真唱 电影级美学质感”深度结合，在2022年岁末为观众们奉上一场美好且治愈的大地音乐会。
