在第一季结尾，Wournos警长因不堪忍受超自然力量的折磨而选择「自毁」。临死前，他叮嘱Nathan接管警长的职位继续保护港湾镇。他还告诉Audrey有些人并不希望她回来。Audrey向Nathan承认Lucy不是她的母亲，而是她本人（再世化身）。Nathan则透露他可以感觉到Audrey的触摸。一个自称联邦调查局探员Audrey Parker的女人突然出现，要求「Audrey」把事情的来龙去脉说清楚。第二季，港湾镇镇长的儿子Chris Brody（Jason Priestley）将登场亮相，他也是一个拥有超自然能力的人。与此同时，Duke的妻子Evi Ryan（Vinessa Antoine）突然回到镇上，她似乎有自己的打算。 在第二季首集中，Audrey和Nathan发现一种超自然力量将把致命瘟疫散布到港湾镇。与此同时，Audrey还要面对那个黑头发的「自己」－－她不仅拥有她的名字，还拥有她所有的记忆！
