ABC宣布续订《实习医生格蕾》第19季。和第18季一样，ABC没有宣布这会是最终季，或是Ellen Pompeo出演的最后一季。 Krista Vernoff继续担任运作人。Ellen Pompeo则签订了一年期限的全新合约，并将在新季中从联合执行制片升级为执行制片。 此外，剩余的初始演员Chandra Wilson和James Pickens Jr.据悉签订了多年合约，其中就包括第19季。

Lewis is concerned that Morse is too close to Mrs. Fallon to be objective but in the end, the perpetrators are identified.
