海瑟（沙妮•文森 Sharni Vinson 饰）是一名强盗，他将犯罪的目标锁定在了钻石商人的女儿凯瑟琳（Carlyn Burchell 饰）的身上。海瑟带领着一帮匪徒闯进了凯瑟琳的家，绑走了凯瑟琳，却忽略了她家中诡异的气氛和留在衣柜上的神秘标记。 海瑟将凯瑟琳关在地下室里，密切的监视着她，然而奇怪的是，无论他怎么给凯瑟琳的父母打电话索要赎金，都无人接听。似乎并没有人在乎凯瑟琳的失踪。无奈之下，海瑟只得再度来到了凯瑟琳家寻找线索，却震惊的发现凯瑟琳的父母以及两个神父惨死在家里。更让他感到恐怖的是，凯瑟琳开始变异，她似乎不再是人类了。

The police have been holding Irene for the murder of her husband Walter but release her considering that Walter was hiding out because he had killed Jim. Along the way to uncovering the truth in Court Walter realizes some hard fact about what he holds valuable and the trust he has put in those around him.
